Commitment to Accessibility

JMJ Billings is committed to making our service accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to ensure our platform meets recognized accessibility standards and continually improve based on user feedback.

JMJ Billings strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We have not yet completed a third-party accessibility audit of our service. We perform self-evaluations using accessibility testing tools and manual review during development. We plan to commission a third-party audit as our service matures.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content on our platform may not be fully accessible:

Some onboarding flow elements may not be optimized for screen readers
PDF documents (invoices, reports) may not always be tagged for accessibility
Email content rendering varies by recipient email client capabilities
